The simple things like changing the bed, loading the dishwasher, taking washing out of the machine, washing up, shopping, vacuuming, ironing, making a cup of tea etc. etc. These are the tasks which as time goes by we will and do, all struggle with.
Perhaps they aren’t as mobile as they used to be……hips and knees always catch us out ! Not to mention Rheumatism and Arthritis which sneak up on us too!
